Why Anti Aging Nutrition Relies On Enzymes

Raw foods contain enzymes that the human body needs. Without those enzymes, the body can't function properly. When food is cooked, the heat kills the enzymes. In other words, raw foods, such as fresh fruits and veggies, tend to be 
much healthier than cooked foods.
There are three different types of enzymes that you need to be concerned  with, when it comes to eating. Those are the digestive, food and metabolic  enzymes. When foods are heated to 116 degrees or hotter, all enzymes in them are killed off. The result is a diet that lacks necessary enzymes.
