Are your courses approved by NCBTMB?

All our courses are approved by NCBTMB and all States accept NCBTMB approved courses.
New York and Louisiana are the only 2 States that require a specific board approval.

How much time do I have in order to complete my online course?

You have 6 full months to complete your course from date of purchase.

How does it work once I order a course?

Once you order your course or courses, you immediately receive 3 separate emails in your INBOX.
The first is your receipt, the second, 'Your Download is Ready', contains the link or links to the PDF course(s) you have ordered.
The third email 'LOGIN Details for TEST Questions' contains the link you need to click on in order to enter your testing classroom. Your User and Password can also be found within this email.
Just click on the classroom link within this email. A box will pop up asking you to Copy and Paste your User and Password into the fields. Be prepared to also enter your State license # into the additional field, then click on NEXT
You will now have access into the classroom where you will find each of the courses you ordered.

I can't locate the email with the User and Password you sent me?

If you are unable to find the email with subject line reading 'LOGIN Details for Test Questions', please check your Junk folder.
​If you have deleted this email in error, give us a quick call and we will re-send this to you.

How do I receive my Certificate?

Once you answer your last test question, a Certificate will pop up on your screen with your name, license # and date you completed the course. The icons to print or download your certificate are located on the bottom right-hand side underneath your certificate. If you did not obtain a 70+% pass rate, another pop up box will ask you 'if you would like to try again!'

How do I access my test questions when I'm finished reading a course?

An email 'LOGIN Details for TEST Questions' is sent to you soon after you order your course. It is best to 'red flag' this email so you will remember where to find it should you prolong completing your course. Some students prefer to create a new folder containing any correspondence coming from our company. Moving our emails into this folder, will make it easy for you to find your LOGIN information. We are presently transitioning over to a 'Self-Login' option but for now, we ask you to follow this present protocol.

Can I see my test questions before I do my test?

 Once you enter the classroom, you will see a blue start button next to your course(s). If you click this you will see all the questions on one page. You can print this out to give you a working tool as you read your course. A few of our courses offer a list of the questions on the back pages of your course PDF manual. i.e. Research 101

My Username and Password doesn't work... 

The 'LOGIN Details for Test Questions' email recommends you copy and paste your Username and Password into the fields.
On most computers our sensitive testing module will not accept you 'TYPING IN' the User and Password even though you can see it quite clearly.
If you do not know how to copy and paste, and have no-one available to show you how, we suggest you visit www.Youtube.com and search 'how to copy and paste'. Within seconds, hundreds of videos will pop up with a one minute visual on 'how to' copy and paste.
If this doesn't work for you, our office is always available with someone to help you.

Do I need to report my own completed credits to my State Board?

Every State is different in CE requirements and license renewal time periods. The majority of States require safe filing of your Certificates with easy access should you ever be audited. There are a few State Boards that require you to upload or send in 'proof of completion' before your license renewal deadline. NCBTMB offers a free account on their website whereby you can upload your Certificates for safe keeping.
Florida and Georgia are the only 2 States we report credits to CE Broker. We do this within 24 hours of your completed course.

I have 2 licenses, State and National certification...
​Can I use my credits to apply for both renewals?

Yes, you can! Remember, however, NCBTMB requires you to complete 3 mandatory credits in Ethics and include these as part of your 24 credit requirement every 2 years. You can also include these same 3 credits in your State License requirement.

I am trying to place my order but keep getting redirected back to your home page

It is rare this happens, but if it is happening to you - you have probably chosen 'Pay as a Guest of PayPal' and then clicked on pay with another Credit or Debit card. The reason you are being redirected to place your order again is because PayPal is recognizing your email address as being or having been a PayPal account holder (no matter how many years ago), therefore, it may not be possible to 'Pay as a Guest of PayPal' . However, most people do not have any trouble with processing using the same email address they once had with Pay Pal. We apologize for this inconvenience. We use PayPal because their server is super safe. Try entering another email address when you place your order. We are sure you will have no problem placing your order now. If you do, please give us a quick call.

What is your return policy?

All our online courses are non-refundable. Once you receive the link to download the course(s) you have purchased, we cannot reverse this. You will always have access to the material. However, we do offer refunds on Live Classroom courses up until 10 days before the scheduled class.
