Nurturing our Mind Body Spirit

Most of the CEU courses we offer have a mind/body/spirit approach and aim to educate therapists on assimilating a sense of 'well-being' into their lives. When our emotions are in turmoil or our mind is bombarded with obsessive thoughts, our own health is compromised. It is important to create balance in one's life by nurturing the whole person, which includes spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs. In doing this we can cultivate and transfer more powerful positive energy to our clients assisting in accelerating their healing process. A good hands-on healer utilizes crystal clear intention directing powerful healing energies through their hands and magically connecting to those we touch.
Strengthening our physical body

Taking care of our physical bodies is an important element in the caring of our whole selves. It is important to listen to our bodies when it talks to us. Pain is a signifier that something needs your attention and when the immune system is compromised it's best to give it a boost as soon as possible.
Massage therapists are well known for focusing all their nurturing skills onto others and neglecting to nurture themselves. Our health and wellness seminars are designed to not only improve your skills as a massage therapist but also address your own needs. You cannot be a great healer with your hands if you neglect to nurture your own mind, body, spirit.

Weeding out negative thoughts and emotions

Having a sensitive nature goes hand in hand with personal awareness and keying in to what is happening within your body and mind. Being empathic is a wonderful gift that offers therapists a greater understanding of their clients' pain and suffering.
However, for sensitive individuals who are unwittingly soaking up ills and hurts that don't belong to them, it is best to learn how to avoid absorbing the energies of others'.
Several of our courses focus on providing therapists the education they need in the art of protecting oneself against being too open and too vulnerable.... absorbing unwanted energies from their clients and immediate environment.
