FLORIDA Therapists: During the 2021 renewal cycle and the interim period of the COVID pandemic, Florida Board of Massage Therapy placed a temporary ruling allowing therapists to complete their 12 LIVE credits via an approved Live Webinar. This ruling has now been extended until August 31st, 2023. You have a choice of 3 live webinars that have been specifically approved by the Florida Board which you can find under the menu button 'Webinars' and drop-down menu >FL Live Webinars. These 3 webinars are the only re-approved courses you can take for your live hands-on credits for the 2023 renewal cycle. CE Broker has informed us we can offer these 'live credits' as Live Interactive or in Pre-recorded format.
3. FLORIDA: Please Note: ‘anytime Online Courses or webinars’ are not accepted as replacement for your 12 LIVE Credits. The 3 webinars we offer are NOT considered ‘anytime’ webinars. They are approved for 'Live Hands-On Credits'.
4. INSTRUCTION after purchase of your webinar:
Once you have purchased your 12 credit or 24 credit course, you will receive 4 emails:
5. Once you create your login for your webinar course you will see a layout of 4-5 lessons. You can move through each Lesson; some have videos demonstrations on techniques or power point presentations and some lessons require you to download a PDF. Take your time and enjoy the material.
6. When you come to the end of the lessons in your webinar, you will need to fill out the ‘Evaluation Survey’. Once completed you can now go back into your email inbox and look for the ‘email’ we sent you on the first day of purchase….’CEU -Login Details for Test Questions’. This is the email that allows you to enter the classroom and complete the test questions associated with the webinar course you chose…Don’t forget to printout or download your Certificate before you exit the testing classroom.
7. If you have also ordered the 12 credit Florida Mandatory Package along with your webinar… you will find this course in PDF form inside the email ‘Your Download is Ready’. You may have missed downloading this at purchase but you have another chance to access this if you go inside this email and under Download Info you will find the PDF link here.
- NCBTMB: Please note our LIVE Webinars are available for ALL State licensed massage therapists to apply towards their regular license renewal credits. Our 3 live webinars are approved by NCBTMB and can be viewed on-demand.

- An email with subject line ‘CEU – Login Details for Test Questions'…. This email is the one you will go to when you are ready to do your test questions and obtain your Completion Certificate.
