Delaware requires massage therapists to complete 24 CE hours every 2 years of which 9 hours of CORE credits must be completed in a LIVE classroom setting (CORE pertains to massage related). 3 CE hours must be in Ethics and 12 ELECTIVE credits (outside practice of massage) can be completed as online home study courses. Courses on Animal Massage not accepted.

Florida
Florida requires massage therapists to complete 24 CE hours. 12 CE hours must be completed in a Live classroom setting. However, as a COVID temporary extension, and during the 2023 renewal cycle... these 12 live credits can also be completed with an approved Live Webinar course of which 3 have been re-approved by the Florida Massage Board for 2023 cycle and offered under the main menu button 'Webinars' then drop down to FL Live Webinars.
The remaining balance of 12 CE hours can be completed as online home study of which 7 CE hours must include: 2 credits Professional Ethics, 2 credits Prevention of Medical Errors, 2 credits Florida Laws and Rules and 1 credit Human Trafficking.
All our courses are Florida approved (#50-9293) and NCBTMB (#286516-00) approved for this State. We report all credits to CE Broker. Completed CE credits and license renewal is due August 31st, every ODD year.

Nevada has recently changed their law requiring massage therapists to complete 24 CE hours every 2 years.
However, if your license expires between now and June 30, 2019, you will need only 12 CE hours but thereafter, will be required to complete 24 CE hours every 2 years. For any licenses issued between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2020 - you will be the first group to begin the new 2 year renewal period.

North Dakota
North Dakota requires massage therapists to complete 24 CE hours every 2 years from the time of initial licensure.
This State is the only State that calculates the amount of CE hours required by State law dependent on the amount of years one has practiced as a massage therapist. 1-14 years requires 24 CE hours of which a maximum of 10 CE hours can be obtained through online home study courses. 15-24 years requires 6 CE hours and maybe completed through online home study courses. 25+ years as a massage therapist requires completing only 3 CE hours through home study courses.

Oregon
As of April 1, 2023 Oregon requires massage therapists to complete 25 CE hours every 2 years. A recent amendment now allows 8 CE hours to be completed in a Live classroom setting of which 4 Live CE hours of Ethics must be included. LIVE classroom hours can also be obtained via an 'Interactive Live Webinar' where instructor is presenting in 'real time' through audio visual and interacts with the participators with question and answer periods throughout the presentation. The remaining balance of 17 CE hours can be completed through any of our online home study courses of which 1 CE must include Cultural Competency and the 1 hour online Pain Management course provided by the Oregon Pain Management Commission at https://www.oregon.gov/oha/HPA/dsi-pmc/Pages/module.aspx
