What Is Qigong Massage?

Qigong massage has been part of the culture of the Chinese for five thousand years. They believe Qi represents the life energy that flows through the body. The Tui Na method is a form of Qigong massage and involves pushing, kneading and stretching of the muscles instead of the usual pressing and pinching of acupressure points. It has lesser side effects when compared to drug or chemical based modern day treatments. The practice of Tui Na complements Qigong massage on many aspects. Qigong has been effective in treating fatigue, pains, body aches, tension and other stress related health issues.

Diseases Caused by Obesity

A BMI of 32 or above is associated with a doubled risk of death
Many people simply eat too much of the wrong foods and live a sedentary lifestyle which leads to weight gain and eventually obesity. Of course that simple answer doesn't mean that it's simple for people to lose weight. Most diets fail because they are too difficult for people to stick with and/or they make the body go into starvation mode. The Day Off Diet solves both of those problems with it's weekly "day off" which allows the dieter to eat anything they want once a week. This lets the dieter satisfy their cravings while also boosting the metabolism. Unlike other less successful diets, The Day Off Diet doesn't require any calorie counting or carb counting.

Why Anti Aging Nutrition Relies On Enzymes

Raw foods contain enzymes that the human body needs. Without those enzymes, the body can't function properly. When food is cooked, the heat kills the enzymes. In other words, raw foods, such as fresh fruits and veggies, tend to be
much healthier than cooked foods.
There are three different types of enzymes that you need to be concerned  with, when it comes to eating. Those are the digestive, food and metabolic  enzymes. When foods are heated to 116 degrees or hotter, all enzymes in them are killed off. The result is a diet that lacks necessary enzymes.

The benefits of a massage come in many forms. It is enjoyable because it helps you feel more wonderful as each muscle is worked and each joint is stretched.  The massage is a great way to relax and it is also good way to heal your aches  and pain.
One massage tool that is gaining popularity nowadays is the electronic massager that automatically vibrates when pressed into a person's muscles. Some other variations use infra-red light that research show is in the right frequency to go through skin and soothe muscles and ligaments. The most important tools that you will need in a massage, you already have. As long as you have your hands and you put your heart into the massage, you are sure to have or give the massage of your dreams. But, it does not hurt to have a useful tool close at hand.
