HEALTHY BODY
Understanding the importance of nutrition and the effect it has on the physical body opens the way to improved digestion, elimination and optimal functioning of the vital organs of the physical body. When we are young, most of us take our health for granted. It is only when the health begins to break down or we are faced with a health crisis, do we begin to readjust our nutritional habits.
This section covers various nutritional principles that include adopting a more natural healthier 'whole food' diet.

HEALTHY MIND
STRESS greatly determines one's ability to stay young and healthy with a strong immune system to fight off any attack of illness.
Exercise and meditation is not a high priority for the majority of Americans and yet, we are now the fattest nation in the world with lives so filled with activity or non-activity (spectator sport or watching TV) that our priorities do not include simple daily exercise or a simple 5 minute meditation.
This course covers the importance and guidelines to creating peace of mind and a balanced way of life in our everyday existence.
We examine the art of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Crystal & Chakra balancing & Visualization.
