Domestic violence is not a rare or fringe issue. It’s pervasive, deeply rooted in social and cultural systems, and affects people across all ages, genders, races, and economic backgrounds. This course provides a greater understanding of the victim, the perpetrator and the prevention and intervention methods used to help those abused individuals.

This one credit course is mandatory for the State of Pennsylvania at this time.
With domestic violence statistics growing out of control, various State Boards may begin to include this subject as a mandatory requirement in the future. Please check with your State board or website to stay on top of mandatory courses required of you. |
